Welcome to Charlies Carpentry! By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Charlies Carpentry specializes in custom carpentry, cabinetry, kitchen remodels, entertainment centers, shiplap, mantles, and more. We offer free estimates and high-quality craftsmanship in Aurora, Meridian, Lone Tree, Cottonwood, Highlands Ranch, Dove Valley, Englewood, and all of Northern Colorado.

2. Quotes & Payment

• All quotes provided are estimates and subject to adjustments based on project scope changes.
   
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
   
• Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Late payments may be subject to fees.
   

3. Cancellations & Refunds 

• Refunds will be a per project discussion between Client and Charlies Carpentry.
• Refunds are only issued for work not yet performed. Custom work already started is non-refundable.
   

4. Workmanship & Warranty

• We guarantee high-quality workmanship, but natural wood variations and customer-provided materials are beyond our control.
   

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide a safe work environment.
   
• Electrical, plumbing, or structural modifications needed for the project are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly stated in our contract.
   

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Charlies Carpentry is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, unforeseen circumstances, or improper maintenance.
   
• We are not liable for accidental damage due to misuse or modifications after project completion.
   

7. Intellectual Property

• Any designs, sketches, or plans provided by Charlies Carpentry remain our intellectual property unless purchased separately.
   
• Website content and images cannot be copied or used without permission.
   

8. SMS Messaging

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
